$22.00

91 Points Wine Enthusiast

Golan Heights Winery, Israel’s leading producer of quality wines was established in 1983 by four kibbutzim and four moshavim (cooperative communities). From its founding until today, the Winery has made its mark and expanded its influence on the Israeli wine world. Its establishment changed the local wine map and shaped the perception of wine quality in the mind of the Israeli consumer.

Named for the highest peak in Israel in northern Golan Heights, Mount Hermon wines over-deliver on quality, flavor and affordability. Golan Heights’ cooler climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal grape growing conditions.

Mount Hermon Rosé is produced from a unique blend of Syrah, Tempranillo, Tinta Cao and Pinot Noir harvested from our vineyards on the Golan Heights. This medium-bodied, blended rosé exhibits an aromatic mix of strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit and red apple fruit characters, complemented by notes of baking spices. Pleasantly approachable and drinkable now, Mount Hermon Rosé is best enjoyed within a few years of vintage.

Try serving the wine with pan-roasted chicken with citrus sauce, grilled bass with summer fruit salsa, or roasted beet salad with goat cheese and walnuts.

91 Wine Points Wine Enthusiast.

Kosher, Kosher for Passover. Non-Mevushal.
