2022 Domaine Gendraud Patrice Petit Chablis

Originally from Beine, Christophe Patrice has worked in the family estate with his father and uncles since 2007. In 2011, he took over the Daniel Roblot estate and teamed up with his wife Aurélie Gendraud to found Domaine Gendraud Patrice.

The 2022 Petit Chablis has a golden color, a fine and intense nose with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits on a mineral background (flint, gunflint). The palate is balanced, very dry with a refreshing acidity. A good attack that continues with a pleasant acidity. Pair with white fish and grilled chicken.
