The Contessa Annalisa project is a collection of superior Italian wines from many regions of Italy, focusing on typical varietals such as Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese, Moscato and Prosecco. The line offers a range of prices, from entry level to reserve wines.
The grapes for this NV Prosecco are softly crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel autoclaves, under a controlled temperature of 64° Secondary fermentation is traditional Prosecco method (Charmat.) The wine is a pale straw yellow color with green hints. Delicate nose with pear-like fragrances.
Fresh on the palate with good acidic balance. Outstanding perlage (effervescence.)
