2022 Bieler Père & Fils Cuvèe Sabine Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé

Philippe Bieler began making rosé in Provence almost 30 years ago. This early influence left an indelible impact on his son Charles own path and laid the foundation for his life’s work.

As the oldest wine growing area in France and the world’s largest rosé specialty region, Provence is the gold standard in rosé.

This lovely rosé Is a balance between floral, herbal, wild red fruit (not overly ripe), stone fruit and acid. Enticing aromatics of peach, white cherry and wild raspberry that are balanced by summer flowers, white tea and Provence herbs. These delicate flavors carry through to a creamy yet lifted palate that’s interwoven with rose petal and wet stones.

Assemblagè: Grenache 32%, Syrah 23%, Cinsault 17%, Cabernet Sauvignon 11%, Rolle 9%, Grenache Blanc 5%, Counoise 3%.
